Insurance

I am not in-network with insurance for several reasons:

Confidentiality: If you have a job that requires health care checks, your employer can find out if you are seeking mental health treatment when you use your insurance. It will also be in your permanent medical records. 

The requirement for a diagnosis: Not everyone seeking therapy has a mental illness and are more likely just having a hard time with one particular aspect of their life. It would be unethical to apply a diagnosis just for coverage.  

Limitations of treatment: Insurance companies are in the business of keeping costs low. Once they are involved, they can dictate  the treatment plan which includes how many sessions are covered and what treatment modalities should be used regardless of the progress that is actually being made in sessions. 

If you would like to utilize your insurance, I can supply you with a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for Out Of Network benefits reimbursement of your payment.

Individual Sessions - 50 Minutes - $185

Relationship Counseling- 75 minutes- $225

Poly/Open Relationship Coaching-90 Minutes, online only, 1-2 times a month- $275

Case Consultation with other Providers/Support System  30 Minutes-$150, 60 Minutes $185

Your HSA/FSA card can be used for payment, along with any major credit card. 

Cancellation Policy: All sessions need to be cancelled at least the day before the session to avoid the cancellation fee which is the full fee of  the session. 

Monday-Thursday: My first therapy session is at 10am my last session is at 6:45pm

Friday: My first session is at 11am and my last session is at 3pm. 

Due to my schedule, it may take me several days to respond to emails or phone calls.
